This F&C 40 was designed by German Frers, renowned for his elegant lines and outstanding sailing characteristics. The boat belonged to my father, who sailed it regularly until last summer. It is currently stored in dry dock and the underbody has been freshly cleaned.
In recent years, a number of technical investments have been made, including a new engine (2022) and a new gearbox (2025).
Overall, the boat is in solid condition and offers a good basis for someone who values quality and style – with a little love, it can be turned into a real gem.
During its active life, the “Fedra” sailed in many regattas and won numerous trophies – a piece of sailing history that you can feel as soon as you step on board.
