Tidal sailing is something special and presents the skipper with special challenges.
Bays fall dry or become very shallow and strong currents prevent you from getting to the next marina or anchorage.

Sailing in Scotland presents itself very demanding - wind, tides and strong currents. The trip is led by Andreas Hanakamp and Astrid Zauner. Starting port is Ardfern.

The Segelwelt.at Tidal Training offers you the opportunity to learn the exciting tidal sea and prepare you for special destinations with a lot of tidal range.
